3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address above. Your counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction where you are located (or, if outside that jurisdiction, an appropriate jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless we receive notice that a legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from continuing the infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, take further action against users or sources found to be repeat infringers.
